Jury Duty

So I don't usually post little doodles or sketches, but I thought these were fun.  While sitting in a courtroom during a week long jury selection, I scratched these out.  Kinda fun working with pen, you have to commit with the first stroke.  Fun, but it's nice to be back in the land of CTRL-Z.

I've been enjoying the hell out of your blog with the fantastic character work and color sketches, and now you are kicking ass with a damn pen in a government building. The series with the wizard and boy is making me ache with delight. You are too damn good.

is this ball-point pen? The underwater scene is my favourite. I'd say you control well without ctrl+z :)

Completely agree with all of the previous comments, these are too fun! I love your mark making decisions. I just posted a set of pen sketches myself but they're not nearly as exquisite as these! Also, you've opened my eyes to the usefulness of jury duty :P
